What FDA cites — and what a camera would actually see

Paper vs reality is #1
By a conservative CFR mapping, ~30% of all India drug citations (477 of 1,607) are behavior- or practice-linked — procedures not followed on the floor, cleaning lapses, aseptic-area conduct, training gaps. The national #1 citation is literally the paper-vs-reality gap: procedures not fully followed.
Lab and investigation citations still matter enormously. They are not primarily “camera problems.” But the floor subset is exactly what continuous video + a monitor can timestamp and evidence between audits — the same posture FDA already takes when it reviews a plant’s own CCTV.
